The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Vigilance Case No. 25 of 2015 giving rise to Special Case No. 07 of 2015 for offences under Sections 109 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

In view of the order dated 08.12.2016 granting anticipatory bail to the main accused, Ajay Kumar Gupta, husband of petitioner no.3, passed in A.B.P. No. 35 of 2016 by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6697 of 2022(4) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 learned Special Judge, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance Case No.25 of 2015 giving rise to Special Case No.07 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
