====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 14329/ 2019 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioners before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25808 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 17.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14329/2019, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid facts, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the court below.
