In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant was married with the accused Uttam Singh on 12.03.2018 and after marriage, there was a demand of bullet motorcycle for which she was threatened to face dire consequence. Due to non- fulfillment of demand of dowry, she
