After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply afresh for allotment of a kiosk.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that the learned Single Judge has imposed Rs. 50,000/- as cost on the appellant for filing the writ petition.
