The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it appears that name of the petitioner has surfaced during the course of investigation. Moreover, it was only found that he was seen wandering near the place of occurrence at the time of the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with POCSO Case no.8 of 2015 arising out of Sonepur P. S. Case no. 310 of 2014. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) sudip/- U T
