Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.
The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Samastipur. In this case, case diary was called for and on perusal of the case diary, the Court vide order dated 19.06.2020 indicated that petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. The court examined the case diary and materials available on the record and is of the considered view that the present case is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.
