BAJANTHRI) 18-12-2024 The petitioners - Union of India and others have assailed the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna dated 27.07.2018 passed in OA/050/00585/17. Operative portion of the order impugned at paragraph No. 14 reads as under :

Patna High Court CWJC No.2550 of 2024(9) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 "In conclusion, the OA is partly allowed. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the applicant for grant of temporary status and subsequent absorption in Group 'D' post and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. No order as to costs."

2. Thereafter, the petitioners have complied the order by passing reasoned and speaking order on 02.04.2019. In the light of aforementioned development, the present writ petition itself is not maintainable.
