JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 The grievance raised by the petitioner in the presetn writ petition is that the recommendation of the respondent-University for sanction of the non-teaching post in the college is pending before the Director, (Higher Education) Human Resources Development, Govt. of Bihar since 25.04.2011.

On such limited prayer, the respondent No.2 is directed to take a final decision on the said recommendation dated 25.04.2011 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations and directions.
