The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner and his brother Pintu Ravidas abused the informant when the petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with 'lathi'. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the injury report is not available but it appears form the FIR that only simple injury has been caused. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.223 of 2014, pending before the learned CJM, Nawada.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
