The petitioner is aggrieved by the auction notice but the foundational facts leading to challenge is missing in the case. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already approached the Collector, Saran at Chapra for redressal of the grievance so raised herein, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Saran at Chapra to consider the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in his representation placed at Annexure 3 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
