Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

Petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence rather wife of the informant is an eye witness of the occurrence. Trial is in progress.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.386 of 2018 arising out of Sasaram (Model) P.S.Case No.668 of 2017 pending in the court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram. Hence, prayer is refused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5606 of 2020(4) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial at the earliest.
