Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 354(B), 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No.133 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present occurrence took place due to previous land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16951 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 dispute between the parties. By drawing my attention towards the panchnama dated 15.08.2020, xerox copy whereof has been annexed as annexure-3, she has submitted that there was land dispute. She has also submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No. 133 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
