2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner, vide order dated 03.07.2024 in Cr.Misc.No.45234 of 2024, this Court had observed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The learned counsel submits that the stipulated period has already lapsed and the trial is not going on with satisfactory pace.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
