JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died of her burn injuries. There is allegation of illegal demand and torturing and admittedly, deceased died within one year of her marriage in other than normal circumstance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence his prayer for bail in connection with L.N.M.U P.S.Case No. 87 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
