2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that these petitioners, along with five unknown persons, kidnapped minor sister of the informant and her friend for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. As a matter of fact, petitioners and the victim girls were in love with each other and they themselves went with petitioners.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, has supported the prosecution case and age of the victim has been assessed as 17 years.
6. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
