ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 8.7.2014, by which 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2013, by which has dismissed the appeal against the order dated 9.7.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gopalganj in J.E. No.112 of 2012 (G.R. No.2744 of 2012), by which he has assessed the age of the Petitioner on the basis of mean of the assessment of the Medical Board.

The Medical Board had assessed the age of the Petitioner on 4.3.2013 as being 181⁄2 to 201⁄2 years. The date of occurrence is 14.8.2012 i.e. about seven months earlier. In such circumstances, the

I see no reason for interference in view of the latest decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2012 AIR 492. The application stands dismissed.
