The petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case no. 10/2001, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 8.10.2014. The petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2015. He has already remained in jail for eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ IV, Araria, in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 10/2001.
