JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The petitioner being husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34, 120B of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It appears from the report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, II, Kaimur, Bhabhua that only two I.O. and one charge-sheet witness are remained to be examined.

Let Superintendent of Police, Kaimur, Bhabhua got produced all the three witnesses within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the order of this Court.

Considering the fact that trial is likely to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36370 of 2014 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 concluded very shortly, this Court is not inclined to interfere. However, if the trial will not conclude within a period of six months then the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

The application is accordingly dismissed in connection with Sessions Trial No. 249 of 2013-75 of 2013 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 64 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-II, Kaimur at Bhabua.
