Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission informs that the election as well as the counting has already been held.

Considering the circumstances present, nothing survives in the writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. The petitioner if so advised can take recourse to the remedy as provided under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the Election Rules framed thereunder for espousing her grievance.
