JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that altogether 90% retiral benefit has been paid to the petitioner and rest 10% retiral benefit has to be paid to him. Hence, prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to allow him to file a proper representation before the

Learned counsel for the State has no objection on the prayer of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to file a proper representation before the competent authority for payment of rest 10% retiral dues along with complete details of payment, which has already been paid to him. If such a representation is filed, the competent authority will consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
