The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kankarbag P.S. Case No. 921 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Bihar Conduct & Examination Act. It is a case of cheating by impersonation. One Archana Kumar was found appearing in place of this petitioner in D El.Ed Special Examination in the year 2020. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Due to illness, she neither appeared in the examination nor engaged any body for appearing. No case under Section 420 IPC is made out. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.6512 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbag P.S. Case No. 921 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
