For availing the remedy under the Administrative Tribunals Act, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty. He, however, raises an apprehension that the application before the tribunal may be met with delay. 3.
This court can only observe that it is an issue
Patna High Court CWJC No.2236 of 2023(4) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 to be decided by the tribunal but filing and pendency of this application would, needless to say, be available to the petitioner to meet the issue of delay.
