JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 324C of 2015 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are husband and wife and on the prayer of the learned counsel for both the parties, matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of the dispute between both parties, in which, both

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.740 of 2017 (5) dt.17-07-2017 parties have settled their dispute and also put their signature on the compromise, which is the part of report dated 29.06.2017 of Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Complaint Case No. 324C of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
