JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.21 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 376(F) and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the prosecutrix, who has specifically stated about the role of the petitioner having committed rape, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
