JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made katta, two live cartridges, some cash and mobile etc were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation other co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 16.06.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5004 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No. 38 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the sureties shall be a close relative of the petitioner who shall sworn an affidavit disclosing this fact as to how he is related to the petitioner.
