1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67327 of 2019 and the same has been confirmed by the learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai vide order dated 25.08.2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
