2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patauna P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3 . As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the sons of informant by means of deadly weapons. As a result of which, they sustained injuries. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature . Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6318 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 order dated 08.10.2024 . in Cr. Misc. No. 67160 of 2024 .
4. Learned counsels for the State and the informant opposed the bail application .
5 . Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of injuries, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Patauna P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
