The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Petitioner is made accused in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the field of Jainath Yadav. The police obtained confession statement of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
