====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the I.P.C. Petitioner was apprehended along with the robbed motorcycle soon after the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2020. Considering the nature of allegation of robbery against the petitioner and of recovery of the robbed motorcycle soon after the occurrence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, prayer for bail is refused in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 466 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
