The petitioner seeks bail in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 41/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Gumani Rai. The petitioner is in jail since 18.06.2015, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
