JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-04-2018 Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to provide training to them according to the guide-line formulated for the purpose of Tola Sevak/Talimi Markaj Volunteer.

Mr. Kumar with reference to Annexures-5 to 8 submits that the petitioners have acquired right and expectation for being sent for training and, as such, the respondents may be directed to send the petitioners for training.

Considering the totality of the facts situation and the

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to pursue the remedy before the departmental authority including the Commissioner, which has granted indulgence to these petitioners in the past, so that the petitioners' grievance may be redressed.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ application stands disposed of.
