JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner is said to have been disclosed by co-accused, who were apprehended by the police. Admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Accused Krishna Yadav and two others, who were apprehended by the police, have already granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, as a matter of fact, father of the petitioner had filed complaint case against the local police officials and that is the reason the petitioner has been implicated by the local police officials in several cases.
