Patna High Court CWJC No.2068 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/3 filed challenging the order dated 18.1.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Bairiya, District-West Champaran at Bettiah, whereby and whereunder the caste certificate issued to the petitioner on 1.4.2016 has been cancelled, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his said grievances, however, submits that it be directed that the cancellation of the caste certificate of the petitioner by the Respondent No. 10 shall be subject to the final outcome of the case, to be filed by the petitioner before the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, Bihar, Patna.
