The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and five other accused persons are said to have been arrested from a Bolero Jeep and the Bolero jeep was also seized. One long cutter with black handle and one pointed iron rod were recovered from under the carpet of the Bolero jeep. No arms or ammunition was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Niharika, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 45/15. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
