2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15664 of 2017, wherein, this Court had passed the following order:

Patna High Court MJC No.287 of 2019(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/3 "Let the District Programme Officer (Establishment) examine the case of these petitioners with regard to payment of honorarium and they must take decision after due verification of the records. If the records are not available with them, they may call for the records from the Bihar State Education Council. All the process should be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order."

3. Opposite Party Nos. 6 to 9 have filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph nos. 6 & 7, it has been stated as under: "6. That it is humbly submitted that in compliance with the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 22.02.2018, the available office records were verified, it is known that no work has been done by the petitioner as claimed and even none of the documents have been submitted before the respondent authorities in support of his claim by the petitioner.

7. That it is humbly and respectfully submitted that in such a situation payment of honorarium of desired period without valid proof is

4. On perusal of paragraph nos. 6 & 7 of the show cause filed by the O.P. Nos. 6 to 9, I find that the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15664 of 2017 has been complied with by the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
