2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P. S. Case No.277 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the I.P.C.
3. Statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she specifically stated that she had left her home by her own volition and subsequently, she solemnized her marriage with petitioner. The age of victim was assessed by the learned Magistrate as 20 years.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4908 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-13, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P. S. Case No.277 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
