It appears that on 30.4.2015 attendance of one prosecution witness was filed but neither petitioner nor his learned counsel appeared before the court when the case was called out resulting cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. Moreover, on 25.5.2015 petitioner voluntarily surrendered and prayed for bal but he was taken into custody and his prayer for bail was rejected.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc.
