The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Further submission is that in the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner to his involvement in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4431 of 2020(7) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S.
