2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 147, 148, 341, 328, 385, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have come to the field of the informant where the informant was ploughing the field with tractor. All the accused persons stopped the informant from ploughing and started assaulting him with sticks, iron rods, Hasuwa and Pahasul. They took his signature on blank

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is land dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate bench vide order dated 11.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5905 of 2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the injuries being simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2)

7. The application stands allowed.
