1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-6 for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the State submits that he had sought instruction from the Circle Officer with respect to the dispute raised in the instant writ application, the Circle Officer has given written instruction contained in letter no.1857 dated 21.03.2025, wherein it has been recorded that the measurement of the land has been done by the Anchal Amin, as such, it is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2068 of 2025(3) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 petitioner also after going through the letter no.1857 dated 21.03.2025 issued under the signature of the Circle Officer, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. A copy of letter no.1857 dated 21.03.2025 is kept on record.
