24-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. On last occasion, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 26544 of 2019.

Earlier, vide order dated 08.07.2021, a report with regard to present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'Z'. From perusal of the same, it appears that after framing of the charge, all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is presently at the stage of 'Defence Evidence'.
