Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8752/ 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the sanction report in this case has not been received and case is waiting for sanction report. Petitioner is in custody since 06/08/2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
