2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 21 (C) , 22(C) , 25 , 25 , 29 of the NDPS Act.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , on secret information a raid was conducted in which it was found that all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner are indulged in trade

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6415 of 2025(4) dt.25-07-2025 2/3 of banned medicine in huge quantity beyond limit of commercial unit and as such, 2.700 kg of ketamine hydrochloride injection was recovered from house of coaccused Ganesh Rai and other co-accused persons are associates of Ganesh Rai.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 12 of 2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions
