Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of the deceased but post mortem report reveals that no injury on the thigh of the deceased was found and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Ram Suresh Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23867 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
