The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R., the husband of the informant who had gone out did not return. On the next day his dead body was discovered in the agricultural land of the petitioners, he having been electrocuted.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no case under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code is made out from reading of the F.I.R. The petitioners have been falsely
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20563 of 2021(2) dt.06-08-2021 2/2 implicated in the case. The petitioners are in custody since 12.12.2020 and have no criminal antecedent. Investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateV, Gaya.
