The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.32 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 341, 420, 120(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she got married to the petitioner, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be
