2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the show-cause it has been mentioned that the final order has been passed but after lapse of 60 days and only after filing of the M.J.C.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.353 of 2024(4) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 compliance of the order has been made.

4. In this view of the matter, this M.J.C. application is dropped granting liberty to the petitioner that if he has any grievance from the final order he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
