The petitioner has challenged the orders dated 18.03.2016, passed by the Licensing Authority/S.D.M.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2111 of 2022(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/3 West, Muzaffarpur and the order passed in appeal dated 01.10.2021, by which the cancellation order has been sustained.

Several grounds have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, namely, that the order impugned has been passed after 21 months and that the enquiry report has not at all been looked into, but after going through the records, we are of the view that the petitioner ought to exhaust his remedy by filing a revision before the Divisional Commissioner of the concerned Division.

Should the petitioner prefer a revision petition before the competent authority, the same shall be taken up for hearing and after affording all opportunities to the petitioner to explain his cause, a final reasoned order shall be passed within a period of sixty days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order before the revisional authority.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the
