JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 13-05-2015 in a case registered under Sections-498(A), 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

So far as Section-307 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned; it is only stated that the petitioner along with his family members attempted to lit fire on the person of informant, much prior to institution of the present case. Learned counsel, appearing for informant submits that the informant is ready to lead her conjugal life

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36912 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 with the petitioner but it is the petitioner, who does not want to live with her.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City.
