2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Guddu Pandit, petitioner No.1 attacked Akhilesh Pandit with knife and petitioner No.2, Shiv Banla Pandit assaulted Ratan Pandia with khanti.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the doctor has found the injury on the injured to be simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 468 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
